应用冷冻球囊消融技术与射频导管消融治疗心房颤动患者的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的分析对比冷冻球囊消融术、射频导管消融术在心房颤动患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月六盘水市人民医院收治的60例心房颤动患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,各30例。对照组行射频导管消融术,观察组行冷冻球囊消融术,观察至术后12个月。对比两组静脉消融有关指标、并发症、心房颤动复发情况。结果两组经皮冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)成功率、并发症发生率及心房颤动复发率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组消融时间(36.51±2.47)min、手术时间(106.82±14.21)min,短于对照组的(47.25±4.01)min、(136.97±16.42)min,差异有统计学意义(t=12.490、7.605,P<0.05)。结论冷冻球囊消融术、射频导管消融术均可有效治疗心房颤动患者,且无严重并发症和心房颤动复发率,而冷冻球囊消融术具有手术时间更短等优势。Objective To analyze and compare the therapeutic effects of cryoballoon ablation and radiofrequency catheter ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods 60 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to Liupanshui People′s Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation and the observation group underwent cryoballoon ablation until 12 months after operation.The relevant indexes,complications and recurrence of atrial fibrillation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in PCI success rate,complication rate and atrial fibrillation recurrence rate between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The ablation time and operation time of the observation group were(36.51±2.47)min and(106.82±14.21)min,which were shorter than those of the control group(47.25±4.01)min and(136.97±16.42)min,and the difference were statistically significant(t=12.490,7.605,P<0.05).Conclusion Both cryoballoon ablation and radiofrequency catheter ablation can effectively treat patients with atrial fibrillation without serious complications and the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation,while cryoballoon ablation has the advantages of shorter operation time.
