摘　　要：目的研究和分析小儿过敏性紫癜应用西咪替丁注射液联合双嘧达莫片治疗的方法和效果。方法选择2018年6月—2023年6月在盐城市第三人民医院儿科接受治疗的78例小儿过敏性紫癜患者作为研究对象,根据单双数法进行分组,分为观察组(39例)和对照组(39例)。对照组行西咪替丁注射液治疗,观察组行西咪替丁注射液联合双嘧达莫片治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率(97.44%)高于对照组(79.79%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.522,P<0.05)。观察组临床症状改善用时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿过敏性紫癜应用西咪替丁注射液联合双嘧达莫片治疗,可进一步提高临床疗效,加快临床症状的改善,且不会增加用药风险。Objective To study and analyze the method and effect of the application of cimetidine injection combined with dipyridamole tablets in the treatment of pediatric anaphylactoid purpura.Methods 78 pediatric patients with allergic purpura who received treatment in the Pediatric Department of Yancheng Third People′s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group(39 cases)and a control group(39 cases)based on the odd and even number method.The control group was treated with cimetidine injection,while the observation group was treated with cimetidine injection combined with dipyridamole tablets.Compared the clinical efficacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than that in the control group,which was 79.79%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.522,P<0.05).The clinical symptom improvement time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of cimetidine injection combined with dipyridamole tablets in the treatment of pediatric anaphylactoid purpura can further improve the clinical efficacy and accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms without increasing the risk of medication.
