摘　　要：目的生理性海水鼻腔冲洗联合使用鼻喷激素对儿童腺样体肥大治疗效果及临床症状影响。方法选取2021年10月—2023年5月期间北京儿童医院新疆医院收治的87例儿童腺样体肥大患儿为研究对象,按照电脑随机法分组,分为对照组43例和观察组44例。对照组实施生理性海水鼻腔冲洗治疗,观察组实施生理性海水鼻腔冲洗+鼻喷激素治疗。就两组儿童腺样体肥大患儿最终疗效展开比较。结果治疗后,观察组打鼾、鼻塞和咳嗽评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组腺样体A/N(0.70±0.05)较对照组A/N(0.74±0.07)小,差异有统计学意义(t=3.072,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对儿童腺样体肥大患儿临床实施生理性海水鼻腔冲洗联合使用鼻喷激素治疗,能够针对性优化对于患儿实施的局部治疗效果,治疗安全性也可以得到保障。Objective To analyze the effect of physiologic seawater nasal irrigation combined with nasal spray hormone on the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children and its clinical symptoms.Methods 87 children with adenoid hypertrophy admitted to Xinjiang Hospital of Beijing Children′s Hospital from October 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group of 43 cases and an observation group of 44 cases using computer randomization.The control group received physiological seawater nasal irrigation treatment,while the observation group received physiological seawater nasal irrigation+nasal spray hormone treatment.Compare the final efficacy of two groups of children with adenoid hypertrophy.Results After treatment,the scores of snoring,nasal congestion,and cough in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the adenoids in the observation group A/N(0.70±0.05)were smaller than those in the control group A/N(0.74±0.07),and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.072,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical implementation of physiologic seawater nasal irrigation combined with nasal spray hormone therapy for children with adenoid hypertrophy can optimize the local treatment effect and ensure the safety of treatment.
