摘 要:冷应激是畜牧业中较为常见的应激反应之一,能够显著影响动物的生产性能,甚至引起疾病、死亡,为北方高寒地区畜牧业带来严重困扰。动物处于冷应激环境时可导致机体生化指标和免疫指标的改变,其可直接反映动物机体组织器官、细胞机能、代谢物质的变化和免疫功能的状态。本文综述了冷应激对动物血清生化指标、抗氧化能力及免疫功能影响的研究进展,分析了冷应激环境中动物身体机能的变化及其适应性机制,旨在为研究冷应激发生机理和实践生产提供理论依据。Cold stress is one of the more common stress reactions in animal husbandry,which can significantly affect the performance of animals,and even cause diseases and deaths,causing serious troubles to animal husbandry in the northern cold regions.When animals are in a cold stress environment,it can lead to changes in biochemical and immune indexes of the body,which can directly reflect changes in animal tissues,organs,cellular functions,metabolic substances,and the state of immune function.This article reviewed the research progress on the effects of cold stress on animal serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant capacity and immune function.It analyzed the changes in animal body functions and their adaptive mechanisms in cold stress environments,aiming to provide theoretical basis for studying the mechanism of cold stress occurrence and practical production.
