摘 要:本试验旨在探究不同化学处理对花棒营养价值及体外瘤胃发酵特性的影响。采用单因素试验设计,设置为对照组(花棒中不添加任何物质)、氨化组(添加花棒干物质重量4%的尿素)、碱化组(添加花棒干物质重量6%的氢氧化钙),每组6个重复,室温下贮存30 d后测定相关指标。结果显示:1)电镜图显示,对照组花棒呈现出了完整的纤维结构,细胞壁纤维结构基本没有被破坏,氨化组和碱化组花棒细胞壁纤维结构己经被破坏;花棒细胞壁纤维结构破坏程度为碱化组>氨化组>对照组。在干物质含量方面,氨化组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),碱化组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在粗蛋白质含量方面,氨化组显著高于对照组和碱化组(P<0.05);在中性洗涤纤维含量方面,氨化组和碱化组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在酸性洗涤纤维含量方面,碱化组显著低于氨化组和对照组(P<0.05);在半纤维素、纤维素含量方面,碱化组显著低于对照组和氨化组(P<0.05);在钙和粗灰分含量方面,碱化组显著高于对照组和氨化组(P<0.05)。2)在单宁含量方面,氨化组和碱化组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且碱化组显著低于氨化组(P<0.05);在原花青素、总酚含量方面,氨化组和碱化组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,氨化组和碱化组还原糖产量均较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。3)体外培养3、6、9、12 h时,产气量3组间差异不显著(P>0.05);体外培养24、36、48、72 h时,碱化组产气量显著高于对照组和氨化组(P<0.05)。体外培养72 h时,碱化组和氨化组发酵液pH与对照组相比均无显著变化(P>0.05);与对照组相比,碱化组发酵液中氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度无显著变化(P>0.05),氨化组则显著升高(P<0.05);氨化组和碱化组发酵液中微生物蛋白(MCP)浓度均较对照组显著提高(P<0.05);碱化组发酵液中总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度显著高于对照组和氨化组(P<0.05)。综上所述,氨化和碱化处理均可�This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different chemical treatments on the nutritional value and in vitro rumen fermentation characteristics of Hedysarum scoparium.A single-factor experimental design was used in the experiment,which was set as control group(without any substance added into Hedysarum scoparium),ammonification group(urea added into Hedysarum scoparium with the dose of 4%dry matter weight of Hedysarum scoparium)and alkalization group(calcium hydroxide added into Hedysarum scoparium with the dose of 4%dry matter weight of Hedysarum scoparium),with 6 replicates in each group.The relevant indexes were determined after 30 days of storage at room temperature.The results were as follows:1)the electron microscopic images showed that the Hedysarum scoparium in the control group presented a complete fiber structure,and the cell wall fiber structure was basically not damaged.The cell wall fiber structure and morphology of the Hedysarum scoparium in the ammonification group and alkalization group had been damaged,and the degree of damage was in the order of alkalization group>ammonification group>control group.In terms of dry matter content,the ammonification group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the alkalization group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of crude protein content,the ammonification group was significantly higher than the control group and the alkalization group(P<0.05).In terms of neutral detergent fiber content,both ammonification group and alkalization group was significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).In terms of acid detergent fiber content,the alkalization group was significantly lower than the ammonification group and control group(P<0.05).The contents of hemicellulose and cellulose in the alkalization group was significantly lower than those of the control group and the ammonification group(P<0.05).In terms of calcium and ash contents,the alkalization group was significantly higher than t
