摘  要:本试验旨在利用体外产气法评估菌酶协同发酵对花棒瘤胃发酵特性的影响。试验以花棒为原料,设置4组,分别为对照组(不添加任何菌酶剂)、J组(添加1×10^(6)U/g地衣芽孢杆菌+5×10^(6)U/g植物乳杆菌)、M组(添加50 U/g纤维素酶)和JM组(添加1×10^(6)U/g地衣芽孢杆菌+5×10^(6)U/g植物乳杆菌+50 U/g纤维素酶),在发酵第7、14、30、60天取样开展体外产气试验,记录累积产气量和体外瘤胃发酵参数。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,在发酵第14天时,J组、M组和JM组快速产气量都存在产气滞后效应。J组和JM组快速产气量随发酵时间增长而增加,J组、M组和JM组在发酵第60天的快速产气量均显著高于发酵第7、14天(P<0.05)。在发酵第30和60天,J组和JM组慢速产气量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)各组pH为为6.66~6.83。在发酵第60天,各组之间氨态氮浓度差异不显著(P>0.05),J组微生物蛋白浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),J组、M组和JM组乙酸、丙酸和总挥发酸浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加植物乳杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌与纤维素酶在花棒微贮发酵第60天时,对体外发酵效率有协同作用,对花棒的营养价值有积极影响。The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of cooperative fermentation by bacteria and enzymes on rumen fermentation characteristics of Hedysarum scopariums by in vitro gas production method.The experiment used Hedysarum scoparium as a raw material and set up four groups,namely control group(no bacterial and enzyme agents added),group J(added 1×10^(6) U/g Bacillus licheniformis+5×10^(6) U/g Lactobacillus plantarum),group M(added 50 U/g cellulase)and group JM(added 1×10^(6) U/g Bacillus licheniformis+5×10^(6) U/g Lactobacillus plantarum+50 U/g cellulase).Samples were taken on the days 7,14,30 and 60 of fermentation to conduct in vitro gas production tests,and the cumulative gas production and in vitro rumen fermentation parameters were recorded.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,on day 14 of fermentation,there was a lag effect in the rapid gas production of group J,group M and group JM.The rapid gas production of group J and group JM was increased with the increase of fermentation time.The rapid gas production of group J,group M and group JM on day 60 of fermentation was significantly higher than that on days 7 and 14 of fermentation(P<0.05).On days 30 and 60 of fermentation,the slow gas production of group J and group JM were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2)The pH in all groups was 6.66 to 6.83.On day 60 of fermentation,there was no significant difference in ammonia nitrogen concentration among all groups(P>0.05),the microbial protein concentration of group J was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the concentrations of acetic acid,propionic acid and total volatile acid of group J,group M and group JM were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,on day 60 of fermentation of Hedysarum scoparium microbial ensilage,the addition of Lactobacillus plantarum,Bacillus licheniformis and cellulase has a synergistic effect on the in vitro fermentation efficiency,and has a positive impact
