摘  要:该文以直-9直升机主桨叶为研究对象,将其原有的尖部后掠外形改为前掠-后掠组合的先进桨尖双掠构型,重点开展这种桨叶结构优化关键技术研究。建立旋翼系统载荷分析模型,研究在非定常气动环境下旋翼载荷的仿真分析方法,通过与飞行实测数据的对比分析,验证分析方法的有效性。对桨叶前后掠站位、扭转角等关键参数进行敏感度分析,探索双掠桨叶结构的载荷变化规律。分析结果表明,桨叶前后掠的径向位置和角度,以及扭转角度对旋翼载荷的影响很大。在此基础上,通过优化参数,有效地改善旋翼载荷。该文研究结果为这种先进桨叶构型的结构优化提供数据支撑和方向。In this paper,the main blade of Z-9 helicopter is taken as the research object,and its original tip swept configuration is changed to the advanced tip double-swept configuration with forward-and backward-swept wing combination,with emphasis on the key technology of blade structure optimization.The load analysis model of rotor system is established,and the simulation analysis method of rotor load in unsteady aerodynamic environment is studied.The effectiveness of the analysis method is verified by comparing with the flight measured data.The sensitivity analysis of key parameters such as forward-and backward-swept position and torsion angle of the blade is carried out to explore the load variation law of the double swept blade structure.The analysis results show that the radial position,angle and torsion angle of the forward-and backward-sweep wings of the blade have a great influence on the rotor load.On this basis,the rotor load is effectively improved by optimizing the parameters.The results of this paper provide data support and direction for the structural optimization of this advanced blade configuration.
