摘  要:该文对KDF-M蜘蛛手掉棒问题的原因和改进方法进行研究,设计并加装KDF-M滤棒成型机的第二负压风机系统。结果表明,应用此装置后KDF-M的设备平均效率由59.67%提升到88.12%,因负压吸风导致的停机次数比前期平均下降90%,原辅料和成品消耗达到普通单烟枪成型机正常标准,质量取样数据正常,质量稳定。This paper focuses on the causes and improvement methods of the KDF-M spider hand rod drop problem,and designs and installs a second negative pressure fan system for the KDF-M filter rod forming machine.The results show that after the application of this device,the average efficiency of KDF-M equipment is increased from 59.67%to 88.12%,the number of downtime caused by negative pressure suction is 90%lower than that of the previous period,the consumption of raw materials and finished products reaches the normal standard of ordinary single cigarette gun molding machine,the quality sampling data is normal,and the quality is stable.
