摘  要:全面提升来华学历学位留学教育质量,关系到国家“十四五”时期“双一流”建设深入推进的工作质量,也是新时代教育对外开放的重要内涵之一。近年来华学历学位留学生数量持续走高,其中英语授课的国际研究生占相当比例,全英文课程建设面临机遇与挑战。北京工业大学自2011年开始设置面向国际学生的全英文课程,研究和实践在多元文化交流、互鉴的基础上,以学生为中心,优化教学内容,创新教学手段,提升教学效果,助力“提升人才培养国际竞争力”这一“双一流”建设目标的达成。The elevating of the educational quality of international degree students studying in China is concerning the promotion of“double first-class”initiative in the 14th Five-year Plan.It’s also one of the major connotations of the opening-up in new era’s education.The number of international degree students studying in China has been rising in recent years,and there is a considerable proportion of English-taught international postgraduates.The English-taught programs were starting in the year of 2011 in Beijing University of Technology for the English-taught international postgraduates.Conducted with students-centered teaching,the English-taught programs are researching and practicing the way of optimizing the teaching contents,renewing the teaching methods,and enhancing the programs’aims,aiding the construction of“double first-class”by promoting the aim of“uplifting the international competence in talent cultivation”.
