摘　　要：为提高办公效率,缩短办公时间,增强办公时效性,实现信息的快速、准确、高效处理,须寻求更高效的信息处理技术,通过建立办公自动化系统,完成系统整体架构、功能设计、功能实现。同时,开发定制化功能,提高信息数据的处理速度,增强信息传输的安全性,优化传统办公方式,使整个企业都能共享办公资源,提高办公效率,降低办公成本,实现更高的生产力。In order to improve office efficiency,shorten office hours,enhance office timeliness,and realize fast,accurate and efficient information processing,it is necessary to seek more efficient information processing technology.Through the establishment of office automation system,complete the overall architecture,function design and function realization of the system,and improve the processing speed of information and data and enhance the security of information transmission through customized function development.Optimize the previous office mode,so that the entire enterprise can share office resources,improve office efficiency,reduce office costs,and achieve higher productivity.
