整形外科缝合技术在面部急诊外伤创口处理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:评价在面部急诊外伤创口处理中运用整形外科缝合技术的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月丹东振安楼房医院外科收治的外伤创口处理患者80例为观察对象,根据手术方式不同分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组行常规急诊清创缝合术,观察组行急诊外科整形缝合技术。比较两组患的创面疼痛评分、创口瘢痕评分、手术指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组创面疼痛评分、创口瘢痕评分、治疗费用低于对照组、手术时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论:在面部急诊外伤创口处理过程中利用整形外科缝合技术,能够达到理想的治疗效果,改善创口瘢痕的美观性,减轻患者术后疼痛感,术中出血量较少,可减少术后不良反应,加速康复。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of using plastic surgery suture technique in facial emergency trauma wound management.Methods:Eighty cases of trauma wound treatment patients admitted to the Department of Surgery of Dandong Zhenan Loufang Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for observation,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different surgical modalities,with forty cases in each group.The control group performed conventional emergency debridement and suturing,and the observation group performed emergency surgical plastic suture technique.Comparison of the two groups of patients with traumatic pain scores,trauma scar scores,surgical indicators,adverse reactions occurred.Results:The observation group's trauma pain score,trauma scar score,treatment cost was lower than that of the control group,operation time,trauma healing time was shorter than that of the control group,and intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion:Using plastic surgery suture technique in the process of facial emergency trauma wound management can achieve ideal therapeutic effect,improve the aesthetics of the wound scar,reduce the patient's postoperative pain,and with less intraoperative bleeding,it can reduce the postoperative adverse reactions and accelerate the recovery.
