富自体生长因子纤维蛋白凝胶对颌骨缺损修复的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究富自体生长因子纤维蛋白凝胶对颌骨缺损修复的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的颌骨缺损患者46例作为研究对象,采用硬币法随机分为常规组及研究组,各23例。两组患者均接受颌骨囊肿切除术,常规组植入羟基磷灰石,研究组植入富自体生长因子纤维蛋白凝胶。观察选择不同移植材料颌骨缺损患者的修复效果。结果:术后90、180d,研究组垂直骨吸收量、舌侧骨吸收量均低于常规组,平均灰度值均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床疗效总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论:富自体生长因子纤维蛋白凝胶在颌骨缺损修复中的应用效果显著,可改善患者创骨吸收情况,提高临床治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the application effect of autologous growth factor-rich fibrin gel on the repair of jaw defects.Methods:Forty-six patients with jaw defect admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the conventional group and the study group,each with twenty-three cases,using the coin method.Both groups of patients underwent jaw cyst excision,and hydroxyapatite was implanted in the conventional group and autologous growth factor-rich fibrin gel was implanted in the study group.The results were observed in patients with jaw defects who chose different graft materials.Results:At 90 and 180 d after surgery,the vertical bone resorption and lingual bone resorption of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the average gray value was higher than that of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).Conclusion:The application of autologous growth factor-rich fibrin gel in the repair of jaw defects has a significant effect,which can improve the resorption of patients'trabecular bone and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
