摘　　要：目的:分析普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特钠小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2022年9月郓城县人民医院收治的小儿支气管哮喘68例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各34例。对照组给予普米克令舒治疗,研究组给予普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、肺功能、炎性因子指标。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异统计学意义(P=0.032);治疗后,研究组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,研究组白细胞介素(IL-4、IL-33、IL-17)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果显著,可增强患儿肺功能,降低炎性因子水平。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pulmicort limousine combined with montelukast sodium in pediatric bron-chial asthma.Methods:Sixty-eight cases of pediatric bronchial asthma admitted to Yuncheng County People's Hospital from Sep-tember 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study object,and were divided into the study group and the control group based on the random number table method,each with thirty-four cases.The control group was given pulmicort limousine treat-ment,and the study group was given pulmicort limousine combined with montelukast sodium treatment.The two groups were com-pared in terms of clinical therapeutic effect,lung function and inflammatory factor indexes.Results:The total effective rate of treat-ment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032);After treatment,the levels of exertion lung volume,1st second exertion expiratory volume,and 1st second exertion expiratory volume as a percentage of exertion lung volume were higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);After treatment,the levels of interleukins(IL-4,IL-33,IL-17)were lower in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Pulmicort limousine combined with montelu-kast sodium is effective in the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma,which can enhance the lung function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in children.
