摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺联合正脊调曲法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月南宁市第一人民医院收治的青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者106例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各53例。对照组实施正脊调曲法治疗,观察组实施针刺配合正脊调曲法治疗。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后Cobb角、表面肌电信号均方根值(RMS)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009);治疗后,两组Cobb角均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组凸侧、凹侧RMS值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);结论:针刺联合正脊调曲法应用于青少年特发性脊柱侧弯中能提升治疗效果,改善患者脊柱侧弯程度,恢复肌力平衡,利于病症好转。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with positive spine modulation in the treatment of ado-lescent idiopathic scoliosis.Methods:A total of one hundred and six adolescent patients with idiopathic scoliosis admitted to Nan-ning First People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with fifty-three cases in each group.The control group was treated with positive spine modulation,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with positive spine modu-lation.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared,Cobb angle and root mean square(RMS)value of surface electromyo-graphic signal before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009);After treatment,the Cobb angle of both groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the RMS values of convex and concave sides in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of acupuncture combined with positive spine modulation in ado-lescent idiopathic scoliosis can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the degree of scoliosis,restore the balance of muscle force,and facilitate the improvement of the disease.
