摘 要:为探究玉米农艺性状之间的相互作用及其对产量的影响,研究以PH6WC和郑58构建的重组自交系群体作为试验材料,运用相关和通径与灰色关联度分析方法对玉米的单株产量和6个穗部性状进行分析.描述统计分析表明,该RIL群体中秃尖长、单株产量、行粒数、穗长、穗行数的变异系数超过10%,说明这些性状具有较高的改良性;相关性分析表明,单株产量和穗部性状之间的相关程度为行粒数(第1位)、穗粗(第2位)、穗长(第3位)、穗行数(第4位)、轴粗(第5位)、秃尖长(第6位);通径分析表明,穗粗对单株产量的直接影响最大,直接通径系数为0.725,轴粗通过穗粗对单株产量的间接影响最大,间接通径系数为0.559.利用灰色关联度分析方法和通径分析方法所得结果一致,相关数据可为玉米新品种选育提供依据.Exploring the interaction between agronomic traits in maize and its impact on yield can provide theoretical guidance for the breeding of high-yield maize.In this study,the recombinant inbred lines(RILs)constructed by PH6WC and Zheng 58 were used as experimental materials,and correlation analysis,path analysis,and grey correlation analysis were performed for the yield per plant and six ear traits in maize.Descriptive statistical analysis showed that the coefficient of variation of bald tip length,yield per plant,grain number per row,ear length,and ear row number in this RIL population were exceeded 10%,indicating that these traits were with high improvement ability.Correlation analysis showed that the degree of correlation between the yield per plant and ear traits were as follows:grain number per row(No.1),ear diameter(No.2),ear length(No.3),ear row number(No.4),cob diameter(No.5),and bald tip length(No.6);Path analysis showed that ear diameter was with the greatest direct impact on the yield per plant,of which the direct path coefficient was 0.725.Cob diameter was with the greatest indirect impact on the yield per plant through ear diameter,of which the indirect path coefficient was 0.559.The results of grey correlation analysis were consistent with the path analysis methods,and the relevant data can provide a basis for the breeding of new maize varieties.
