摘  要:以萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)为受体植物,运用根系扫描仪和WinRHIZO根系图像分析系统软件研究菊花(Chrysanthemum morifolium Tzvel.)水浸液处理对萝卜种子萌发及幼苗根系形态特征(根系总根长、总根表面积、总根尖数、平均根系直径、总根体积、总投影面积)的化感作用.结果表明:质量浓度2、4、6、8 mg/m L菊花水浸液抑制了萝卜种子的萌发.与对照相比,发芽率和发芽指数呈现出随质量浓度梯度下降的趋势.菊花水浸液处理极显著抑制了总根长的生长,与对照相比,总根长分别减少了32.29%、44.96%、67.75%、89.91%.总投影面积在整体上也呈现抑制作用,其中8 mg/m L质量浓度与对照相比减少了29.36%,达到极显著水平.平均根系直径、总投影面积、总根尖数的化感作用呈现低浓度促进高浓度抑制的现象.总根表体积和总根体积与对照相比没有显著性差异.研究发现,菊花对受体萝卜幼苗根系形态特征属性的化感作用呈现敏感性的差异.Using radish as recipient plant,allelopathic effects of water extract of chrysanthemum on seed germination and root morphological characteristics of radish seedlings(total root length,total root surface area,total root tip number,mean root diameter,total root volume,and total projected area)were studied by root scanner and WinRHIZO root image analysis system.The results showed that the concentration of 2,4,6 and 8 mg·mL-1 chrysanthemum aqueous extract inhibited the germination of radish seeds.Compared with the control,the aqueous extract of chrysanthemum showed significant inhibitory effect on the growth of total root length,which decreased by 32.9%,44.96%,67.75%and 89.1%,respectively.The total projected area also showed inhibitory effect,in which the mass concentration of 8 mg·mL^(-1)decreased by 29.36%compared with the control,reaching a very significant level.The average root diameter,total projected area and total root tip number were inhibited by high concentration,while promoted by low concentration.Results were showed that there were no significant differences in total root surface volume,total root volume and number of root tips.It was also found that chrysanthemums exhibited sensitive differences in their allelopathic effects on the root morphological characteristics of recipient plant radish seedlings.
