社会主义革命时期陈云对民族资产阶级的统一战线策略论析

摘　　要：1949年新中国成立到1956年,是我国社会主义革命时期。这一时期,陈云作为分管财经工作的主要领导人对民族资产阶级开展了细致周密的统一战线工作。陈云的统战工作以1953年为界,可分为前后两个阶段:1949—1952年,对民族资产阶级主要是“在斗争中团结,以支持、扶助为主”;1953—1956年对民族资产阶级则是“在利用中限制,以改造、帮助为主”。面对新中国成立初期复杂严峻的经济形势,陈云通过统一战线工作使民族资产阶级自觉、自愿团结在党中央周围,党的经济建设方针得以贯彻执行,国民经济有序恢复并稳步发展,社会主义“三大改造”如期完成,为即将到来的社会主义建设奠定了重要的政治和经济基础。From the founding of New China in 1949 to 1956,it was the period of China's socialist revolution.During this period,Chen Yun,as the main leader in charge of financial and economic work,carried out a series of meticulous and thorough united front work on the national bourgeoisie.Chen Yun's united front work can be divided into two stages with 1953 as the boundary:from 1949 to 1952,the national bourgeoisie was mainly"united in struggle as well as mainly supported and assisted";and from 1953 to 1956,the national bourgeoisie was"restricted in utilization,with the focus on transformation and assistance".Confronted with the complex and severe economic situation in the early days of the founding of New China,Chen Yun made the national bourgeoisie consciously and voluntarily unite around the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China through the united front work.The Party's policy on economic construction was implemented,and the national economy was restored in an orderly manner and developed steadily.Three great socialist transformations were completed as scheduled,which laid an important political and economic foundation for the upcoming socialist construction.
