摘 要:创意劳工是数字信息技术与文化创意产业深度融合的产物,也是互联网时代新的劳动形态在文化产业领域的反映。通过对18位创意劳工进行半结构化访谈和观察,发现互联网时代的创意劳工已成为新时期推动数字文化产业创新发展的进步力量,呈现出有别于传统文化创意生产者的特征,但在现实实践中也面临内容变现难、创作自主权弱、自发过劳等突出问题。而这些问题的背后,是创意劳工在平台资本的数据垄断、算法规训等隐蔽手段下面临的权力不平等和隐形剥削。Creative worker is the product of the deep integration of digital information technology and cultural creative industries,and it is also a reflection of the new labor form in the field of cultural industries in the internet era.Through semi-structured interviews and observations of 18 creative workers,it is found that creative workers in the internet era have become a progressive force to promote the innovative development of the digital cultural industry in the new era,showing characteristics that are different from traditional cultural creative producers.But in practice,there are also prominent problems such as difficulty in realizing content,weak creative autonomy,and spontaneous overwork.Behind these problems are the power inequality and invisible exploitation faced by creative workers under hidden means of platform capital such as data monopoly and algorithm discipline.
