摘　　要：《尚书·禹贡》在叙述兖州的赋税等级情况时,曾云“厥赋贞作十有三载乃同”。关于这句话的断句、释义,历来聚讼纷纭。从《禹贡》自身体例来看,此句应从“厥赋贞”断句。兖州赋等之“贞”与他州不同,历代学者释“贞”,歧解纷繁,其中,宋代马廷鸾、金履祥以当时的金石学知识为依据,提出“贞”为“下下”之误,此说较为准确。“作”连下文,为无主宾语,引起历代治水与治州的争议。结合行文逻辑与《禹贡》体例来看,治州说更为合理,十三年当为治理兖州而非治水的年数。Yugong(《禹贡》)is one of the Shangshu(《尚书》),when describing Yanzhou,it said that“Jue fu zhen zuo shi you san zai nai tong(厥赋贞作十有三载乃同)”.The interpretation of this sentence has always been controversial.From the style of Yugong(《禹贡》),this sentence can only be broken from“jue fu zhen(厥赋贞)”.Yanzhou’s tax and other“zhen(贞)”are different from other states.Scholars in previous dynasties have interpreted“zhen(贞)”and had a lot of different interpretations.Ma Tingluan and Jin Lvxiang in the Song Dynasty proposed the mistake of“zhen(贞)”as“xiaxia(下下)”based on the knowledge of epigraphy at that time,which is more accurate.“Zuo(作)”is connected with the following words without subject and object,which has caused disputes over flood control and state control in previous dynasties.However,combining the writing logic and the style of Yugong(《禹贡》),the theory of state control is more reasonable.Thirteen years should be the number of years to govern Yanzhou rather than water control.
