摘  要:为探讨褪黑素(melatonin,MLT)埋植剂对休情期水貂卵泡闭锁的影响,试验随机选取2.5月龄、体重为0.80~0.90 kg健康雌性标准水貂60只,均分为试验组和对照组,每组30个重复,每个重复1只。试验于2021年7月7日开始,对试验组每只水貂颈部皮下埋植MLT埋植剂1粒(含MLT 18 mg),对照组不做任何处理,至翌年埋植满273 d,分别从两组各随机选取健康且体重相近的水貂3只,采集卵巢样本进行形态学参数检测,制备组织切片对闭锁卵泡进行观察。结果表明:试验组水貂卵巢体积、重量、各级闭锁卵泡直径和数量与对照组相比均差异不显著(P>0.05);两组中闭锁的各级卵泡形态结构基本一致;在皮质区能观察到闭锁的各级卵泡,原始卵泡、初级卵泡和次级卵泡的卵母细胞变形、皱缩;三级卵泡细胞松散、脱落,胞质空泡化。三级卵泡闭锁分为早期(卵泡细胞出现核浓缩,胞质空泡化)、中期(卵泡膜内上皮样细胞内膜细胞增殖、扩展)和后期(卵泡细胞、卵母细胞消失,卵泡内膜上皮样细胞大量增殖占据了原有的卵泡腔)3个阶段。说明埋植MLT埋植剂273 d对休情期水貂卵巢体积、重量、各级闭锁卵泡直径、数量和形态结构均无显著影响。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of melatonin implant on follicular atresia of mink in anestrus.A total of 60 healthy 2.5-month-old female standard minks with body weight ranged from 0.80 to 0.90 kg were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group.There were 30 replicates in each group and 1 mink in each replicate.The experiment was started on July 7,2021.One MLT implant(containing 18 mg of MLT)was implanted subcutaneously in the neck of each mink in the experimental group while the animals in the control group were not subjected to any treatment.By the time of 273 days of implantation in the following year,three healthy minks similar weight with were randomly selected from the two groups,respectively.Ovary samples were collected for morphological parameter detection,and tissue sections were prepared to observe atretic follicles.The results showed that there were no significant differences in ovarian volume,weight,diameter and number of atresia follicles at all levels between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The morphology and structure of follicles at all levels of atresia in both groups were basically consistent.Atretic follicle at all levels was observed in the cortical region,and oocytes of primitive,primary and secondary follicles were deformed and wrinkled.The atretic follicle of tertiary follicle was loose,shed and vacuolated.The atretic follicle of tertiary follicle was divided into three stages:early stage(follicular cells have nuclear enrichment and cytoplasmic vacuolation),middle stage(The epithelial cells in the follicular membrane proliferate and expand)and late stage(Follicular cells and oocytes disappeared,and epithelial cells proliferate to occupy the original follicular cavity).The results indicated that the implantation of MLT implant for 273 days had no significant effects on the volume,weight,and diameter,inumber,and morphological structure of the ovaries of mink during anostrus.
