摘  要:随着生活水平的提高,人们对肉、奶等畜禽产品的需求也不断提高,因此畜禽繁育工作就显得尤为重要,而性别控制技术是加快畜禽繁育工作的重要环节,其是一类通过人为干预方式来控制畜禽后代性别以满足市场需求的技术。目前生命科学领域发展迅速,已经有多种相对成熟的性别控制技术,如流式细胞仪分选法、免疫学分离法、改变精子生存环境法、基因编辑法、磁性细胞分选(magnetic activated cell sorting,MACS)法等,笔者对上述性别控制技术进行综述,以期为性别控制技术在畜牧业中的应用提供参考。With the improvement of living standards,the demand of people for livestock and poultry products such as meat and milk is constantly increasing,making the breeding work of livestock and poultry particularly important.Gender control technology is an important part of accelerating livestock and poultry breeding work.Gender control technology is a kind of technology which controls the sex of offspring of livestock and poultry through human intervention to meet the market demand.At present,thefield of life science is developing rapidly,anda variety of relatively mature gender control technologies have been developed,such as flow cytometry sorting method,immunological separation method,changing sperm living environment method,gene editing method,magnetic activated cell sorting(MACS)method and so on.The author summarized the above gender control technology in order to provide reference for the development of gender control technology in animal husbandryinthefuture.
