摘 要:肉鸡消化道是由消化道黏膜、食糜、微生物三者组成的动态生态平衡系统,消化道内微生物可协助机体进行营养物质消化与吸收,也是肉鸡重要的保护屏障,能够维持肉鸡机体健康,促进肉鸡生长。目前,关于肉鸡消化道微生物的研究报道相对较少。笔者针对肉鸡消化道微生物在不同消化道部位的组成结构及作用规律,以及在日龄、日粮、环境等因素影响下微生物群结构的变化和对机体生长、发育的影响进行综述,旨在为禽类消化道微生物的研究奠定理论基础。The digestive tract of broilers is a dynamic ecological balance system composed of digestive tract mucosa,chyme and microorganisms.The microorganisms in the digestive tract can assist the body to digest and absorb nutrients,and are also an important protective barrier for broilers,which can maintain the health and promote the growth of broilers.At present,there are relatively few researches on broilers digestive tract microorganism.The composition and function rules of chicken digestive tract microorganisms in different parts of digestive tract,as well as the changes of microorganism community structure under age,diet,environment and other factors and their effects on body growth and development were reviewed by the author,aiming to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of poultry digestive tract microorganisms.
