摘 要:为了探究草原短尾羊眼肌面积和背膘厚与体重、体尺指标的关系,试验采用超声检测技术对1115只成年草原短尾羊(公羊103只、母羊1012只)的眼肌面积(Y_(1))和背膘厚(Y_(2))进行了测定,同时测量了体重(X_(1))和体尺指标[体长(X_(2))、体高(X_(3))、胸深(X_(4))、胸围(X5)、胸宽(X_(6))、管围(X_(7))、腰角宽(X_(8))],对上述指标进行相关分析,并以体重和体尺指标为自变量、眼肌面积和背膘厚指标为因变量进行了逐步回归分析,建立了多元回归方程,结合通径分析剖析体重和体尺指标对眼肌面积和背膘厚指标的直接与间接作用。结果表明:草原短尾羊母羊的体重、体尺指标与眼肌面积和背膘厚均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),公羊的体重与眼肌面积和背膘厚呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);体尺性状中体长、胸围、管围与眼肌面积均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),体长、胸围与背膘厚均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),管围、腰角宽与背膘厚均呈显著正相关(P<0.05);对草原短尾羊眼肌面积和背膘厚影响最大的是体重,其次是腰角宽;草原短尾羊公母羊眼肌面积与体重、体尺指标的最优线性回归方程分别为Y_(1)=2324.163+29.512X_(1)-42.449X_(4)-43.696X_(8)和Y_(1)=-301.896+9.420X_(1)+32.620X_(7)+22.435X_(8)-18.810X_(6)+3.417X5;公母羊背膘厚与体重、体尺指标的最优线性回归方程分别为Y_(2)=-1.517+0.111X_(1)和Y_(2)=-4.636+0.035X_(1)+0.134X_(8)+0.038X_(2)+0.034X5-0.046X_(4)。说明体重和腰角宽、胸围和管围等体尺性状对草原短尾羊眼肌面积和背膘厚指标具有较好的预测作用。To investigate the relationship between eye muscle area and backfat thickness with body weight and body size of Grassland short-tailed sheep,the eye muscle area(Y_(1)),backfat thickness(Y_(2)),body weight(X_(1))and body size traits(body length[X_(2)],body height[X_(3)],chest depth[X_(4)],chest circumference[X5],chest breadth[X_(6)],cannon bone circumference[X_(7)],hip width[X_(8)])of 1115 adult Grassland short-tailed sheep(103 males,1012 females)were measured by ultrasonic detection technology.The correlation analysis of the above indexes was carried out,and the stepwise regression analysis was carried out with body weight and body size as independent variables and eye muscle area and backfat thickness as dependent variables.A stepwise regression equation was established to analyze the direct and indirect effects of body weight and body size on eye muscle area and backfat thickness with the passage analysis.The results showed that body weight and body size traits of female Grassland short-tailed sheep were extremely significantly positively correlated with eye muscle area and backfat thickness(P<0.01);the body weight of rams was extremely significantly positively correlated with eye muscle area and backfat thickness(P<0.01);body length,chest circumference,and circumference of cannon bone were extremely significantly positively correlated with eye muscle area(P<0.01);body length and chest circumference were extremely significantly positively correlated with backfat thickness(P<0.01),and circumference of cannon bone and hip width were significantly positively correlated with backfat thickness(P<0.05).The result of path analysis showed that body weight had the greatest effect on the eye muscle area and backfat thickness,followed by hip width.For the male and female Grassland short-tailed sheep,the optimal linear regression equations of eye muscle area with body weight and body size traits were Y_(1)=2324.163+29.512X_(1)-42.449X_(4)-43.696X_(8)and Y=-301.896+9.420X_(1)+32.620X_(7)+22.435X_(8)-18.810X_(6)+3.417X5,resp
