4种中药提取物对去卵巢大鼠肝脏脂代谢影响机理研究

摘　　要：研究甘草 ,升麻 ,枸杞 ,茴香 4种中药对去卵巢大鼠肝脏脂代谢的作用及机理。用上述 4种中药及雌激素灌胃 5周后观察药物对大鼠肝脏总胆固醇 (Tc) ,甘油三酯 (TG) ,雌二醇 (E2 ) ,孕酮(P) ,睾酮 (T) ,泌乳素 (PRL)的影响。结果 :模型大鼠去卵巢 6周后 ,肝内甘油三酯及胆固醇水平增加。子宫萎缩 ,服以上 4种中药后 ,TG、TC水平降低 ,子宫重量大于模型组 ,枸杞 ,甘草作用较为明显。服用雌激素与甘草提取液的去卵巢大鼠雌二醇的浓度 ,明显高于模型组 (P <0 0 5 )。说明 4种中药具有抗肝脂肪作用 ,机理不同 。The mechanism of the effects of the extracts of liquorice (the dried root and rhizome of Glycyrrhiza uralensis or Glycyrrhiza inflata or Glycyrrhiza glabra), shengma (the dried rhizome of Cimicifuga heracleifolia or Cimicifuga dahurica or Cimicifuga foetida), gouqi (Dried fruit of Lycium barbarum) and xiaohuixiang (dried fruit of Foeniculum vulgare) on liver lipid metabolism was studied in ovariectomized rats. After the rats were given the above 4 extracts and estrogen by gastric perfusion for 5 weeks, the levels of liver total cholesterol and triglyceride and the levels of estradiol, progesterone, testosterone and prolactin were detected. The results showed that at the end of the 6th weeks after the rats were ovariectomized, the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride increased and the uterus became atrophic; after the ovariectomized rats were given the above 4 extracts, the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride decreased and the uterus became larger, and gouqi and liquorice extracts were more effective in this regard; and the level of estradiol was markedly higher in the ovariectomized rats given estrogen and liquorice extract, as compared with those in the rats in the model group ( P <0 05). The results suggest that all the 4 extracts can lower the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride in the liver in different ways and only liquorice extract has an estrogen like effect.
