摘 要:目的通过回顾性分析西安市某三甲医院2017-2021年93例医疗纠纷诉讼案例,归纳出该院医疗纠纷诉讼案例特点,针对性提出防控措施。方法以该院近5年93例诉讼案例为研究样本,进行概括性描述及分析。结果医疗纠纷中住院患者比例高,手术治疗、死亡结果是产生纠纷的高危因素;外科医疗纠纷发生率最高,达54.8%,其次是内科,为23.7%,有创性治疗增加了医疗纠纷风险;医方的主要问题集中在术后管控、术前评估和知情同意环节,共占71.0%,以次要和轻微原因为主,占82.8%。结论完善制度管理体系、强化内涵质量建设、坚持预防为先理念是防范医疗纠纷的重要措施。Objective To retrospectively analyze 93 cases of medical dispute in a first‑class hospital in Xi’an from 2017 to 2021,summarize the characteristics,and put forward prevention and control measures.Methods The 93 cases of medical dispute litigation in the hospital in the past five years were taken as research samples to carry out a general description and analysis.Results There was high proportion of hospitalized patients in medical disputes.Surgical treatment and death were high risk factors of medical disputes.The highest incidence of medical disputes was 54.8%in surgical department,followed by internal medicine(23.7%).Invasive treatment increased the risk of medical disputes.The hospital’s problems mainly focused on postoperative control,preoperative assessment and informed consent,accounting for 71.0%.Secondary and minor causative forces were the main problems,accounting for 82.8%.Conclusion Some important measures should be taken to prevent medical disputes,such as improving system management,strengthening the construction of connotation quality and adhering to the prevention first.
