摘 要:泉厦高速公路是G15沈海高速的重要路段,随着沿线经济和交通出行需求的快速增加,泉厦高速交通量渐趋饱和,服务水平大大降低,尽快解决交通拥堵、提升公路服务效能成为当务之急。为在全国范围内率先实践探索新的高速公路建设模式,泉厦高速改扩建工程创新性地提出了“地面层+立体层”双层立体扩容设计方案,通过“主线空间分层、节点差异化衔接”的形式解决功能分区与扩建用地的问题。其中,立体层新建通道主要承担小型客车的“轻型”交通出行,地面层扩建通道承担综合性交通出行。泉厦高速扩容工程面临上下层交通组织方案复杂、影响区交通需求特殊等诸多问题。针对泉厦高速改扩建工程的技术难点,综合运用数据挖掘、宏观交通模型、微观交通仿真等关键技术,搭建高可信交通仿真技术架构,以实现复杂场景的精准仿真。Quanzhou-Xiamen Expressway is an important section of G15 Shenyang-Haikou Expressway.With the rapid increase of economy and traffic demand along the line,the traffic volume of Quanzhou-Xiamen Expressway is gradually saturated,and the service level is greatly reduced.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the traffic congestion and improve the highway service efficiency as soon as possible.In order to take the lead in exploring a new expressway construction mode nationwide,the reconstruction and expansion project of Quanzhou-Xiamen Expressway has innovatively put forward a double-layer three-dimensional expansion design scheme of"Ground layer+three-dimensional layer",which solves the problem of functional zoning and expansion land through the form of"main line space layering and node differential connection".Among them,the new channel on the three-dimensional floor mainly undertakes the"light"traffic of small buses,and the expansion channel on the ground floor undertakes the comprehensive traffic.The design idea of the expansion project of Quanzhou-Xiamen Expressway faces many problems,such as the complexity of the upper and lower levels of traffic organization schemes and the special impact on traffic demand.In response to the technical difficulties of the Quanzhou-Xiamen Expressway expansion project,a comprehensive approach is taken,which includes utilizing multi-source big data mining,macroscopic traffic modeling,microscopic traffic simulation,and other key technologies.A high-reliability traffic simulation and evaluation technology system architecture is built to achieve precise simulation of complex scenarios.
