摘　　要：轨道交通与城市发展息息相关,其规划建设、运营管理对城市的经济、社会、环境等方面都产生着深远的影响。为充分发挥轨道交通对城市发展的辐射和带动作用,促进城市空间结构优化和功能布局完善,合理统筹安排轨道交通建设与支撑近期重大基础设施建设,实现土地资源集约节约和城市高质量发展,基于武汉市轨道交通2、3号线多年运营数据的收集、挖掘,重点量化分析轨道沿线开发强度、人口聚集、用地功能、客流效益等发展规律,研判轨道交通一体化规划建设和运营管理水平,提出轨道交通近期建设线路选线原则、建设安排等相关建议,为后续轨道交通建设规划编制工作提供技术依据,助推轨道交通与城市建设协同发展。The planning,construction and operation management of rail transit,closely related to urban development,have a profound impact on the economy,society and environment of the city.In order to leverage the radiation and driving role of rail transit,promote the optimization of urban spatial structure and functional layout,and coordinate the construction of rail transit as well as the major infrastructure in recent years to achieve intensive land resource conservation and high-quality urban development,the paper focused on quantitative analysis of the development intensity,population aggregation,land-use functions and passenger flow,basing on the collection of operational data of Wuhan Rail Transit Lines 2 and 3,the level of integrated planning,construction,and operation management of rail transit is evaluated,and then the relevant suggestions are proposed such as route selection principles and construction arrangements for the recent construction of rail transit,which provided technical basis for the subsequent preparation of rail transit construction plans and promoted the synergetic development of rail transit and urban construction.
