摘 要:基于对“站城融合”理解,坚持以人为本原则,引入地铁站点精细化规划,研究地铁站点内部、外部及相互衔接的步行交通关系,为后续城市开发和改造预留充足条件,并着眼于地铁站点与城市综合开发利用最大化原则,对接其潜在需求,划分地铁站点地下步行衔接四大类型,在车站上方、车站站厅、出入口通道侧墙和连接通道等有针对性的预留,以便日后无缝衔接。同时,分析地面地上外部步行接驳设施,以满足人流集散、出行和换乘需求,提高出行便利性。最后,通过精细化管控,明确预留要求,并作为土地出让条件研究,确保步行衔接方案落地。Based on the understanding of"integration of stations and cities",the refined planning of subway stations is introduced by adhering to the people-oriented principle.Under such background,study on the internal,external and interconnected pedestrian traffic relations of subway stations is carried out to facilitate subsequent urban development and reconstruction.The underground pedestrian connection at subway stations is divided into four types to meet the potential demands by sticking to the principle of maximum comprehensive development and utilization of subway stations and cities.For better seamless connection in the future,the targeted pedestrian connection is reserved above the stations and at the station halls,the side walls of the entrance and exit passages.At the same time,analysis of the ground and external pedestrian connection facilities are carried out to satisfy the needs of the passenger flow distribution,travel,and transfer and make it more convenient to travel.Finally,through fine-grained control,the reservation requirements are made clear and studied as land transfer conditions so that the pedestrian connection scheme can be implemented smoothly.
