摘 要:近年来,自然地理环境以及气候条件对电网稳定运行造成的不利影响增多,气候条件的剧烈变化对电网输电线路造成的影响更是难以被忽视,风偏闪络现象在电网输电线路中发生的频率越来越高。文中提出了一种在动态风激励作用下考虑时空特性的风偏角计算模型。基于Matlab仿真平台对风偏闪络动态过程进行了模拟分析,编程实现对风速模拟以及风偏角计算过程的模拟;基于PSASP仿真实现电力系统在风偏闪络故障后的动态过程揭示,并对系统的稳定性进行了分析。算例验证了计算模型以及仿真方法的可行性。In recent years,the adverse effects of natural geographical environment and climatic conditions on the stable operation of power grid are increasing,and the effects of drastic changes of climatic conditions on power grid transmission lines are difficult to be ignored.The phenomenon of windage yaw flashovers occurs more and more frequently in power grid transmission lines.In this paper,a calculation model of windage angle considering spatiotemporal characteristics under dynamic wind excitation was proposed.Based on Matlab simulation platform,the dynamic process of windage yaw flashovers was simulated and analyzed,and the simulation of wind speed simulation and windage angle were realized by programming.Based on PSASP simulation platform,the dynamic process of power system after windage yaw flashovers faults were revealed,and the stability of the system was analyzed.The feasibility of the calculation model and simulation method was verified by an example.
