摘 要:随着高性能电子产品和储能电池的高速发展,对导电浆料的需求也越来越多。导电浆料主要由导电相、黏结相和有机载体组成,其中以炭材料为导电相不仅符合绿色发展的要求,而且使用水基载体还能节约成本,降低环境污染。本文主要介绍了炭基导电浆料的分类,所使用的导电填料主要是石墨、炭黑、碳纳米管、石墨烯及各类复合填料,并总结了各类导电浆料的优缺点。概述了应用物理分散法制备导电浆料的工艺流程,包括球磨分散、超声分散、搅拌分散,分别指出了这些方法的优势及缺点。在此基础上,还介绍了炭基导电浆料常用的结构与性能表征方法,包括扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、稳定性测试、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)、紫外/可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)。从炭基导电浆料的分类、制备流程及性能表征入手,并对炭基导电浆料的制备工艺及设备进行了展望,以期为炭基导电浆料的进一步发展拓展思路。With the rapid development of high-performance electronic products and energy storage batteries,the demand for conductive pastes is also increasing.The conductive paste is mainly composed of conductive phase,bonded phase and organic carrier,of which car-bon material as conductive phase not only meets the requirements of green development,but also saves costs and reduces environmental pollution by using water-based carriers.This paper mainly introduces the classification of carbon-based conductive pastes,and the con-ductive fillers used are mainly graphite,carbon black,carbon nanotubes,graphene and various composite fillers,and summarizes the ad-vantages and disadvantages of various conductive pastes.The process flow of applying physical dispersion method to prepare conductive slurry,including ball milling dispersion,ultrasonic dispersion,stirring dispersion,and pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.On this basis,characterization methods for the common structure and property of carbon-based conductive pastes are in-troduced,including scanning electron microscopy(SEM),stability testing,Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Raman spectroscopy(Raman),and ultraviolet/visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis).Starting from the classification,preparation process and performance characterization of carbon-based conductive paste,the preparation process and equipment of carbon-based conductive paste are prospected,in order to expand ideas for the further development of carbon-based conductive paste.
