摘　　要：针对武钢4#高炉布料装置旋转电动机电流异常波动导致电动机跳停的问题,从齿轮箱的机械传动、部件间螺栓紧固及结构卡阻等方面分析可能存在的原因,在检修中对齿轮箱旋转体各部件螺栓的紧固情况,旋转齿轮副磨损量、断齿或回转轴承损坏等情况,齿轮箱中心喉管与旋转体之间的间隙情况,齿轮箱水槽边缘与旋转体密封压板之间的间隙情况等一一排查,提出了相应的施工方法和解决方案,并进一步提出齿轮箱维护的注意事项,为提高齿轮箱的使用寿命提供支撑。The possible causes of abnormal current fluctuation in the rotating motor of the No.4 blast furnace material distribution device at Wuhan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.(WISCO)were analyzed,including the mechanical transmission of the gearbox,bolt tightening between components,and structural obstruction.During maintenance,the tightness of the bolts of various components of the rotating gearbox;wear,broken teeth,or damaged rotating bearings of the gear pairs;clearances between the central throat of the gearbox and the rotating body;and clearances between the water tank edge of the gearbox and the sealing plate of the rotating body were checked one by one.Corresponding construction methods and solutions were proposed,and maintenance precautions for the gearbox were further put forward to support its service life improvement.
