摘  要:简介冷轧某机组米巴赫激光焊机的设备结构和焊接原理,结合焊缝形貌对导致焊缝重焊率高的原因进行分析,对5类主要影响因素尤其是焊缝高度差进行重点研究,并提出针对性改进措施,达到降低焊缝重焊率,保证激光焊机稳定顺行,提高机组生产效率的目的。The equipment structure and welding principle of the Miebach laser welder for a certain cold rolling unit were introduced,and the reasons for high welding seam rewelding rate based on the weld seam morphology were analyzed.Five main influencing factors,especially the height difference of the weld seam,were discussed,and targeted improvement measures to reduce the welding seam rewelding rate were proposed,in order to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the laser welder and improve the production efficiency of the unit.
