摘 要:超高强钢材应用于电动汽车电池包,在有效降低整包质量的同时能够提高抗冲击和防撞性能。为了探究超高强钢制电池包箱体及其内部结构的安全性,对某款电动汽车超高强钢制电池包进行了机械冲击和模拟碰撞两种动态工况试验。试验结果显示在两种试验工况下,电池包箱体均无开裂风险。基于LS_DYNA软件采用有限元方法对电池包进行精细化建模,根据试验加载条件进行仿真分析,仿真结果与试验结果一致。该超高强钢制电池包满足法规中对电池包安全性的相关要求。The application of ultra-high-strength steel in electric vehicle battery packs can effectively reduce the quality of the entire pack while improving impact resistance and collision resistance.In order to explore the safety issues of the ultra-high-strength steel battery pack case and its internal structure,mechanical shock and simulated crash tests were carried out on a certain electric vehicle ultra-high-strength steel battery pack.The test results show that under the two test conditions,the battery pack box has no cracking risk;further,based on the LS_DYNA software,the finite element method was used to finely model the battery pack,and the simulation analysis was carried out according to the test loading conditions.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.The results show that this ultra-high-strength steel battery pack meets the relevant requirements for battery pack safety in regulations.
