摘 要:试验研究高强钢酸洗板表面出现黄斑的原因及其腐蚀行为。采用X射线光电子谱(XPS)分析黄斑组成,利用金相分析酸洗黄斑和组织的关系,研究水洗槽中氯离子含量对黄斑形成的影响,通过丝束电极技术(WBE)研究高强钢在低氯离子溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:酸洗板表面黄斑主要由Fe_(2)O_(3)和FeOOH构成,水洗槽中氯离子能够加速钢板表面的吸氧腐蚀,诱发Fe_(2)O_(3)形成。高强钢中碳元素含量的增加会增加其铁素体相比例,从而导致黄斑产生速度加快。丝束电极测试同样验证氯离子含量增加会加剧金属的腐蚀现象。The cause of macula and corrosive behavior of high-strength pickling steel plate was studied.The macular composition was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The relationship between pickling macula and metallography was studied by optical microscope.The effect of chloride concentration on the formation of macula in the wash tank was studied.The localized corrosion behavior of high-strength steel in low chloride ion solution was studied by the technology of wire beam electrode(WBE).The results showed that the macula on the pickling surface mainly consisted of Fe_(2)O_(3)and FeOOH.Chloride ions in the washing tank accelerated the oxygen-absorbing corrosion on the steel surface and induced the formation ofFe_(2)O_(3).The increased carbon content in high-strength steel would increase its ferrite phase ratio,resulting in faster macular generation.WBE test also verified that the increase in chloride ion concentration would exacerbate the phenomenon of localized corrosion of metals.
