摘　　要：采用平板、切口、划线、杯突、折弯等不同制样方式,对不同种类锌铝镁镀层彩涂钢板在连续盐雾试验中的涂层起泡等级、切口和划线扩蚀宽度、不同试样部位的红锈出现时间等进行检测,获得了不同锌铝镁镀层种类、不同镀层质量、不同涂层种类、不同加工方式彩涂钢板的耐盐雾性能。同时与锌铝镁镀层盐雾试验数据进行对比,找到了涂镀层钢板耐盐雾性能的规律,为评估不同镀层彩涂产品耐蚀性能奠定基础。Preparing different samples such as flat plate,cut edge,scribe,cup convex and bending,the coating blister grade,cutting edge or scribe expansion width,and red rust occurring time of different kinds of precoated steel plates in continuous salt spray test(SST)were carried out.These precoated steel plates were substrated by the different zinc aluminum magnesium metal coating.The corrosion trend of different zinc aluminum magnesium metal coating types,different metal coating weights,different organic coating types,and different processing methods were obtained.At the same time,compared with the SST data of zinc aluminum magnesium galvanized coating steel,the regularity of salt spray resistance of precoated steel plate was found,which laid a foundation for evaluating the corrosion resistance of precoated steels with different coatings.
