摘　　要：城中村作为城镇化发展特殊的空间场域,其不断革新迭代的特质使得空间主体间易发生利益冲突。基于新型城镇化战略中以人为核心的特质,城中村的发展再次成为焦点,村民的空间权利保护成为新型城镇化建设的基本要求。城中村村民空间权利是指村民在乡村向城镇化建设过程中形成的特殊乡村形态的空间场域中所拥有的政治权利、经济权利和社会权利的总和。作为空间治理主体,城中村村民的空间权利存在着政治权利形式化、经济权利模糊化、社会权利独立化等问题,多维空间权利相互博弈,导致空间权益的正义诉求同现实存在着张力。要保护城中村村民的空间权利,健全空间正义的公权力制度是保障其空间政治权利的前提,推动城乡融合发展是维护其空间经济权利的基础,增强差异性群体的发展能力是其享有平等空间社会权利的内生动力。As a special spatial field of urbanization development,urban villages are prone to conflicts of interest among spatial subjects due to their constant innovation and iteration.Based on the people-oriented characteristics of the new urbanization strategy,the development of urban villages has once again become the focus,and the protection of villagers'spatial rights has become the basic requirement of the new urbanization construction.The spatial rights of villagers in urban villages refer to the sum of political rights,economic rights and social rights possessed by villagers in the spatial field of special rural form formed in the process of rural construction to urbanization.As the main body of space governance,the spatial rights of villagers in urban villages have problems such as the formalization of political rights,the ambiguity of economic rights,and the independence of social rights.Multidimensional spatial rights play games with each other,resulting in the tension between the justice demands of spatial rights and reality.To protect the spatial rights of villagers in urban villages,improving the public power system of spatial justice is the premise of safeguarding their spatial political rights,promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas is the basis of safeguarding their spatial economic rights,and enhancing the development ability of different groups is the endogenous driving force for them to enjoy equal spatial social rights.
