摘　　要：Proglide血管缝合器是具有动静脉缝合双适应证的血管闭合器械,但由于静脉压力较低,在推进缝合器柄进入管腔时标记腔血液回流较慢或无回血,不容易定位锚脚位置,这一问题成为静脉缝合中的技术难点。笔者在临床实践中研究自制了一套以注射器连接标记腔的方法,在推进缝合器时以注射器抽吸回血来辅助判断锚脚是否进入血管腔。该方法简单实用,容易操作,无需培训即可掌握,可有效提高Proglide缝合静脉成功率。Proglide is a vascular closure device with indications for both artery and venous.however,marker cavity blood refl ux during the shaft advance into the vein cavity usually slow or even none due to low vein pressure.it is not easy to confi rme the anchor foot position,which becomes a technical diffi culty in vein close procedure.Through clinical practice and research,the author made a device to connect the marker cavity with a syringe,when advancing the shaft,the blood could be drawn back with a syringe to assist in judging whether the anchor foot enters into the vascular cavity.This method is simple and practical,easy to operate,can be mastered without training,and can eff ectively improve the success rate of vein closer by Proglide.
