摘  要:标准化作为企业参与市场竞争的战略手段,是我国工业企业管理创新的重要内容,对于我国企业管理与国际接轨,将产品投入国际市场具有重要意义。本文通过调研青海省内盐湖化工企业标准化工作现状,系统阐述盐湖化工领域标准制修订、标准化工作开展情况,梳理出现阶段盐湖化工领域标准化建设方面存在的困难与不足,包括标准化意识、标准执行管理、标准参与率、标准化人才、标准制定水平、经费保障机制等方面,并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策,旨在通过加强标准化建设,助力世界级盐湖产业基地建设。Standardization,as a strategic means for enterprises to participate in market competition,is an important content of management innovation in China’s industrial enterprises.It is of great significance for China’s enterprise management to align with international standards and to introduce products to the international market.This paper investigates the current status of standardization work in salt lake chemical enterprises in Qinghai province,systematically elaborates on the development,revision and implementation of standards in the field of salt lake chemical industry,and identifi es the current difficulties and shortcomings in the standardization construction of salt lake chemical industry,including standardization awareness,standards execution management,standards participation rate,standardization talents,level of standards development,and funding guarantee mechanism.The paper proposes corresponding measures to address the existing problems,aiming to strengthen standardization construction and assist in the construction of world-class salt lake industrial bases.
