地方标准《市容环境卫生作业劳动定额》编制研究及应用分析

摘　　要：为规范广州市市容环境卫生作业类别,定额、定员要求,统一技术标准,编制了地方标准《市容环境卫生作业劳动定额》。本文通过介绍标准的编制背景和过程、主要技术内容和特点、重要问题研究等内容,总结了该标准的逻辑框架和创新点,对标准间的衔接、应用前景等进行了研究和分析。In order to standardize the types,quotas and personnel requirements of urban appearance and environmental sanitation operations in Guangzhou,and unify technical standards,the local standard Labor quota for operation of urban appearance and environmental sanitation has been developed.This paper summarizes the logical framework and innovative points of the standard by introducing its development background and process,main technical content and characteristics,and research on important issues.It also conducts research and analysis on the connection and application prospects of standards.
