摘  要:大口径超声波水表利用超声波信号在顺流、逆流的水中传播的时间差,测量出水流的速度,积分出流经管道的水的流量,其内部无阻流器件,不会造成压力损失。此类流量计因始动流速低,量程比宽,广泛应用在城乡供水、农田园林灌溉、工业用水计量等方面。因此,超声水表计量失准在给供水企业和用户带来经济损失的同时会引发计量纠纷,保证此类计量器具精准运行和精准计量意义重大。本文针对SCL-61D2型超声水表建立测量模型,依据检定规程JJG 162-2019《饮用冷水水表》评定了此水表的示值误差。依据规程JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和测量模型对检定过程中不确定度的主要来源进行了定性分析和定量计算。测量结果表明其示值误差符合规程要求,扩展不确定的评定为评价此检定过程提供了有益的参考。The large-diameter ultrasonic water meter utilizes the time difference of ultrasonic signal propagation in upstream and downstream water to measure the speed of water flow and integrate the flow rate of water flowing through the pipeline.There is no flow blocking device inside it,which will not cause pressure loss.These flowmeters are widely used in urban and rural water supply,farmland and garden irrigation,industrial water metering,and other aspects,for their low initial flow rate and wide range ratio.Therefore,the inaccurate measurement of ultrasonic water meters not only brings economic losses to water supply enterprises and users,but also leads to measurement disputes.Ensuring the accurate operation and measurement of such measuring instruments is of great significance.This paper establishes a measurement model for the SCL-61D2 ultrasonic water meter.According to the verification regulations JJG 162-2019,Cold potable water meters,the paper evaluates the indication error of this water meter.According to JJF1059.1-2012,Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement,and the measurement model,the paper conducts qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation on the main sources of uncertainty in the verification process.The results indicate that the indication error meet the requirement and the evaluation of expanded uncertainty provides useful references for this verification process.
