摘　　要：新时代以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视人民体育事业发展,将人民体育事业摆在党和国家事业的关键位置,围绕人民体育事业提出了一系列新观点、新表述,实现了中国式现代化推进中人民体育的创新发展。新时代人民体育的内涵不断深化和延展,它是指在中国共产党领导下,坚持以人民为中心,以满足人民群众对美好生活向往为根本遵循;坚持弘扬中华体育精神,促进社会和谐发展;坚持胸怀天下,主动承担大国体育责任,个人、国家、人类多维度协调发展的体育事业。新时代人民体育以新发展理念为价值引领,实施创新驱动战略,强化协调发展机制,加强生态融合建设,构建双循环发展格局,健全共建共享发展模式。新时代中国式现代化推进中人民体育创新发展的路径包括完善深度融合机制,发挥全民健身多元价值;健全新型举国体制,提高竞技体育综合水平;深化供需双侧改革,促进体育产业高质量发展;坚定文化自信自强,推动体育文化繁荣发展;践行人类命运共同体,构建大国体育外交。With Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the development of the people's sports in the new era,placing it at a key position in the cause of the Party and the country,and a series of new ideas and viewpoints around the people's sports have been proposed,which have greatly promoted the innovative development of people's sports in the course of Chinese modernization.The connotation of people's sports in the new era is constantly deepening and expanding,which entails that we put the people first and adhere to the fundamental principle of meeting people's aspirations for a better life under the leadership of the CPC,carry forward the spirit of sports in the promotion of the harmonious development of society,embrace the world with a broad mind and actively assume the responsibilities of a major power,and develop people's sports coordinately from multiple dimensions of the person,the nation and the mankind.In the new era,under the guidance of the new development concept,to achieve the innovative development of people's sports,we need to implement the innovation-driven strategy,strengthen the coordinated development strategy and ecological integration,promote the double-cycle development pattern,and construct a shared development model established through joint efforts.The innovative development path of people's sports in the new era of the Chinese path to modernization necessitates that we should continue to improve the deep integration mechanism and give full play to multiple values of nationwide fitness,that the new system for mobilizing resources nationwide needs to be improved in order to enhance the overall level of competitive sports,and that the reform on both sides of supply and demand needs to be deepened to promote high-quality development of the sports industry.In the meantime,we should have firm cultural self-confidence and stick to self-improvement,strive for the prosperous development of sports culture and a community with a shared future for mankind,and
