新媒体时代公安群众工作现代化的思考

摘　　要：新媒体技术的蓬勃发展为公安群众工作提供了新平台,公安群众工作也进入了新媒体时代。人民群众对公安机关的服务质量、回应诉求、执法效能等方面提出了新要求。公安机关也面临群众情绪易受蛊惑、民警形象易受损害、警民沟通易受影响等新挑战。同时,新媒体时代也给公安群众工作开辟了办事服务的新领域,打造了宣传教育群众的新载体,拓展了掌握社情民意的新渠道。公安机关要以党的二十大精神为指引,以丰富新时代“枫桥经验”为抓手,建设网上服务平台,提高办事服务水平,网上网下统筹推进,做好相关舆情引导,及时回应群众关切,全面推进公安群众工作现代化。As the vigorous development of new media technology has provided a new platform for police's public work,police's public work has entered the era of new media.The people have made new requirements for the police agencies'service quality,response to demands,and law enforcement efficiency.The police agencies also confront new challenges brought about by such factors as the public emotional bewitches,the damaged police image,and the failure in communication between police and civilians.Meanwhile,the new media era has also opened up new fields for police's public services,created new carriers for publicity and education,and expanded new channels for knowing their social realities and public opinion.Guided by the spirit of the 2Oth CPC National Congress,and to enrich the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era as a link,police agencies should build a good online service platform,improve service quality,coordinate online and offline work,guide relevant public opinion,timely respond to public concerns and comprehensively promote the modernization of police's public work.
