摘 要:目的:探讨新冠疫情期间基于钉钉平台线上教学模式下PBL+CBL教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学本科教学的应用效果。方法:选择2020年2月至2020年6月临床本科学生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各48人,试验组采用钉钉平台在线教学结合PBL+CBL教学方法;对照组采用钉钉平台在线教学结合传统教学法。对比两组学生的理论知识和病例分析成绩,以及对耳鼻喉科的兴趣、参与课程的积极性、交流能力、对知识的掌握程度及对教学的满意度情况。结果:两组学生的理论知识成绩无明显差异,试验组的病例分析成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组学生对耳鼻喉科的兴趣、参与课程的积极性、交流能力、对知识的掌握程度及对教学的满意度均得到提高,除“对耳鼻喉科的兴趣”外试验组的其余各项得分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于钉钉平台线上教学模式下联合PBL+CBL教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科本科教学中的应用效果显著,有利于提高本科教学效率和教学质量。Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning(PBL)and Case-Based Learning(CBL)teaching method in undergraduate otorhinolaryngology education during the COVID-19 pandemic using the DingTalk platform for online teaching.Methods:Clinical undergraduate students from February 2020 to June 2020 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 48 students in each group.The experimental group received online teaching through the DingTalk platform combined with the PBL+CBL teaching method,while the control group received online teaching through the DingTalk platform combined with traditional teaching methods.The study compared the theoretical knowledge and case analysis scores between the two groups,as well as the students'interest in otorhinolaryngology,participation in the course,improvement in communication skills,mastery of knowledge,and satisfaction with teaching.Results:There was no significant difference in the theoretical knowledge scores between the two groups,but the experimental group's case analysis scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Both groups of students showed increased interest in otorhinolaryngology,greater enthusiasm for participating in the course,improved communication skills,enhanced knowledge mastery,and higher satisfaction with teaching.Except for“interest in otorhinolaryngology,”the experimental group scored higher than the control group in all other aspects(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of the PBL+CBL teaching method in otorhinolaryngology undergraduate education,based on the DingTalk platform for online teaching,significantly improves the teaching efficiency and quality of undergraduate education in this field,especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
