摘　　要：目的:探讨思维导图结合“雨课堂”在妇产科学专硕住培卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转小讲座中的教学效果。方法:试验组采用思维导图教学,对照组采用传统模式教学。结合现场“雨课堂”测试、小讲座结束7天时笔试及问卷调查了解教学效果。结果:试验组“雨课堂”A型题得分和总分、小讲座后第7天测试的总分、教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的临床思维能力、发现诊断线索能力、发病机制与临床症状的结合能力、治疗方案制定能力的提升均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图结合“雨课堂”教学模式可提升妇产科学专硕住培卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转小讲座的教学质量。Objective:To explore the teaching effectiveness of mind mapping combined with the“Rain Classroom”in a lecture on ovarian torsion for professional master's students in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:The study group(11 students from the 2017 and 2018 cohorts)received instruction using mind mapping,while the control group(10 students from the 2015 and 2016 cohorts)received traditional teaching.The teaching effectiveness was assessed using on-site“Rain Classroom”quizzes,a written test 7 days after the lecture,and a questionnaire survey.Results:The study group scored higher in“Rain Classroom”type A questions and the total score,as well as the total score 7 days after the lecture,and reported higher teaching satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).The study group also showed greater improvement in clinical thinking ability,diagnostic clue identification ability,ability to link pathophysiology with clinical symptoms,and treatment plan formulation ability compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of mind mapping combined with the“Rain Classroom”teaching model can enhance the teaching quality of a lecture on ovarian torsion for professional master's students in obstetrics and gynecology.
