摘 要:物相变化研究对于推演和构建钒渣焙烧机理具有重要价值。实验从以往钒渣物相研究中易忽略的具体物相含量、形貌和元素赋存3方面着手,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和矿物解离分析仪(MLA)对低钙化焙烧阶段钒渣中主要物相的变化特征进行了研究,结果表明:钒尖晶石、铁橄榄石和钙铁辉石随焙烧温度的上升而逐步氧化分解,含量逐步降低,氧化铁、铁板钛矿、钒酸钙锰等产物含量逐步增加;焙烧温度大于850℃,钒酸铁锰逐渐转变为钒酸钙锰;随焙烧温度上升,钒尖晶石、铁橄榄石及钙铁辉石逐步由边缘氧化过渡至内部氧化,氧化产物主要为钒酸钙锰、钒酸铁锰、氧化铁、铁板钛矿和玻璃质;焙烧阶段,钒元素主要由钒尖晶石向钒酸钙锰、钒酸铁锰以及铁板钛矿等物相迁移;900℃是钒渣低钙化焙烧的合适温度。The study of phase variation is of great value for deducing and constructing the roasting mechanism of vanadium slag.Starting from the specific phase content,morphology and occurrence of element that were easily neglected in previous phase studies of vanadium slag,the variation characteristics of main phases in low calcified-roasting stage of vanadium slag were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and mineral liberation analyzer(MLA).The results showed that the vanadium spinel,fayalite and hedenbergite were gradually oxidized and decomposed with the increase of temperature,and their contents decreased gradually.Meanwhile,the contents of iron oxide,pseudobrookite and manganese-calcium vanadate increased gradually.When the roasting temperature was above 850℃,the manganese-iron vanadate was gradually transformed into manganese-calcium vanadate.With the increase of roasting temperature,the vanadium spinel,fayalite and hedenbergite gradually changed from edge oxidation to internal oxidation,and the oxidation products were mainly manganese-calcium vanadate,manganese-iron vanadate,iron oxide,pseudobrookite and vitric matters.At the stage of roasting,the vanadium element mainly migrated from vanadium spinel to other phases such as manganese-calcium vanadate,manganese-iron vanadate and pseudobrookite.The appropriate temperature for low calcified-roasting of vanadium slag was 900℃.
