摘　　要：目前中国已经成为净资本输出国,构建海外投资权益保护制度体系成为政界和学界高度重视的课题。通过探讨多边、双边、单边权益保护制度对企业境外投资经营权益的保护成效,进而提出保护企业海外投资权益的提升策略,为政府和企业制定海外投资战略提供重要的决策依据。At present,China has become a net capital exporting country,and the construction of overseas investment rights and interests protection system has become a subject of great importance in the political and academic circles.This paper discusses the effectiveness of multilateral,bilateral and unilateral rights and interests protection systems on the overseas investment and operation rights of enterprises,and then puts forward the improvement strategies to protect the overseas investment rights and interests of enterprises,which provides important decision-making basis for the government and enterprises to formulate overseas investment strategies.
