出版新业态下学术期刊面临的挑战与应对措施——基于ChatGPT带来的思考

摘　　要：人工智能革命性的进步,使传统的出版方式发生了巨大变化。在分析以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能给学术期刊带来影响的基础上,提出要从勇担学术期刊使命、提升国际学术话语权、开放包容有条件接纳的全新使命和定位,人类智慧具有不可替代性的角度,分别从制定相关规范标准和学术不端行为问责机制、签订诚信协议、提升编辑人员学术素养及加强审稿环节等方面提出意见和建议。The revolutionary advancement of artificial intelligence has led to dramatic changes in traditional publishing methods.On the basis of analyzing the impact of generative AI to academic journals represented by ChatGPT,it is proposed to take the perspective of bravely taking up the mission of academic journals,enhancing the international academic discourse,and the brand-new mission and orientation of openness,tolerance and conditional acceptance,which considers that the human intelligence is irreplaceable.Opinions and suggestions were put forward respectively from the aspects of formulating relevant norms and standards and accountability mechanisms for academic misconduct,signing integrity agreements,enhancing the academic quality of editorial staff and strengthening the review process.
