压力知觉对大学生智能手机成瘾的影响:心理弹性的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生压力知觉、心理弹性与智能手机成瘾之间的关系,为有效预防、识别及改善大学生智能手机成瘾现状提供参考依据。方法:采用中文版压力知觉量表、Connor-Davidson弹性量表简化版(CD-RISC-10)、智能手机成瘾量表(SAS-SV)对芜湖市某高校1 083名大学生进行调查,压力知觉、心理弹性及智能手机成瘾得分间的相关性采用Pearson相关性分析。运用Process程序检验心理弹性在压力知觉与智能手机成瘾之间是否发挥中介作用。结果:(1)女生智能手机成瘾总分与压力知觉总分高于男生,心理弹性得分低于男生;自评学习压力较大的大学生智能手机成瘾总分与压力知觉总分高于自评学习压力较小及中等者,心理弹性总分低于压力较小及中等者;性格内向的大学生压力知觉总分高于性格外向及中性者,心理弹性总分低于性格外向及中性者,差异均有统计学意义。(2)压力知觉总分与智能手机成瘾总分呈正相关(r=0.384,P<0.01);压力知觉总分、智能手机成瘾总分与心理弹性总分呈负相关(r分别为-0.573、-0.276,P<0.01)。(3)心理弹性在压力知觉与智能手机成瘾中介作用显著,中介效应占总效应的比例为12.42%。结论:心理弹性在压力知觉与智能手机成瘾之间发挥部分中介作用,压力知觉直接或间接增加大学生智能手机成瘾的风险。Objective:To explore the relationship among stress perception,psychological resilience and smartphone addiction in college students,in order to provide reference for effectively identifying and improving the current situation of smartphone addiction.Methods:A total of 1083 college students from a university in Wuhu City were investigated by Chinese version of Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC-10)and Smartphone Addiction Scale(SAS-SV).Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship among stress perception,psychological resilience and smartphone addiction.The Process program was used to test whether resilience played a mediating role between stress perception and smartphone addiction.Results:(1)The total scores of smartphone addiction and stress perception of female students were significantly higher than those of male students,and the score of resilience was significantly lower than that of male students.The total scores of smartphone addiction and stress perception of college students with high self-rated learning pressure were significantly higher than those with low and medium self-rated learning pressure,and the score of resilience was significantly lower than that with low and medium pressure.The total score of stress perception of introverted college students was significantly higher than that of extroverted and neutral college students,and the score of resilience was significantly lower than that of extroverted and neutral college students.(2)The total score of stress perception was positively correlated with the total score of smartphone addiction(r=0.384,P<0.01).The total score of stress perception and smartphone addiction were negatively correlated with the total score of resilience(r=-0.573 and-0.276,P<0.01).(3)That psychological resilience had a significant mediating effect on stress perception and smartphone addiction,and the mediating effect accounted for 12.42%of the total effect.Conclusions:Resilience plays a partial mediating role between stres
