摘　　要：酸碱失衡和电解质紊乱对危重症患者的诊断、治疗及预后具有重要意义。充分的监测和评估这些指标对于指导危重症患者的治疗极其重要。随着化学检测技术精确度的不断提升,不同的酸碱分析方法已逐步在临床取得广泛应用。强离子隙(strong ion gap,SIG)作为评价危重症患者酸碱紊乱的指标之一,对于早期快速识别、评估病情恶化具有重要价值。不同于其他判定酸碱失衡的指标,SIG提供了一种更精确的方法来识别等离子体中未测量的强离子。在评价酸碱失衡中展现了更好价值,应用前景值得期待。Acid-base imbalance and electrolyte disturbance play an important role in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of critically ill patient.Adequate monitoring and evaluation of these indicators is extremely important to guide the treatment of critically ill patient.With the continuous improvement of the accuracy of chemical detection technology,different acid-base analysis methods have been widely used in clinic.Strong ion gap(SIG),as one of the indicators for evaluating acid-base disorders in critically ill patient,is of great value for early and rapid identification and evaluation of disease deterioration.Different from other indicators of acid-base imbalance,SIG provides a more accurate method to identify unmeasured strong ions in plasma.It shows better value in the evaluation of acid-base imbalance,and its application prospect is worth of expectation.
