摘　　要：通过对山东省2001—2020年近20 a的用水总量、用水结构、废污水排放、全年期河流湖泊水质和地下水开采变化情况进行分析,结果表明:山东省用水总量整体呈下降趋势,其中农业用水总量趋势下降、工业用水和生活生态用水总量趋势上升;废污水排放量不断增加,但因政府及时治理,湖泊、河流水质受其影响相对较小,且水质略有改善;地下水开采量整体下降,超采现象得到改善。针对山东省作为典型资源型缺水省份的基本省情以及现阶段水资源利用现状,未来水资源管理的重心应该放在水资源高效利用与保护方面。Through the analyses of the changes of water consumption quantity,water usage structure,wastewater emission quantity,water quality of rivers and lakes throughout the year and groundwater exploitation in Shandong Province in the past 20 years from 2001 to 2020.The results indicate that the tendency of total water consumption in Shandong Province decreased entirely,among which the trend of total water consumption in agriculture was under decline,while the industry and living ecology were on a sustainable upward trend.Notwithstanding the constantly growing amount of wastewater discharge,the water quality of lakes and rivers was relatively unaffected by it and had marginally ameliorated on account of timely remediation conducted by the government.In besides that,the amount of groundwater extraction reduced,and the overextraction situation alleviated subsequently.In view of the basic situation of Shandong Province as a typical resource-based water-scarce province and the status quo of water resources utilization,the priority of water resources management in the future should be concentrated on the efficient use and protection of water resources.
